I agree to and understand that Unlimbited Outdoor Services, LLC invoices are to be paid on the proscribed due date. Payments after the due date are considered late. Late payments not received within 3 calendar days of due date are subject to a late fee of 5%. The late fee penalty will be assessed as 5% of the full invoice amount, not the delinquent amount. In addition, the late fee-payor is responsible for all collection costs and litigation expenses.
